And now for something completely different ... and a little special.

The social and psychological challenges of Agile development

Our AgileScotland sessions tend to focus on either the techie or the management aspects of Agile, but for this May's session Paul Wilson has arranged a special evening session with Joseph Pelrine and Ben Fuchs, both experts in the human aspects of team work in software development.

Joseph and Ben are in Edinburgh to present the "Deep Dynamics of Agile Teams" and they have agreed with Paul to do an evening session for Agile Scotland.  Joseph has a distinguished pedigree in XP and Scrum, having worked with Kent Beck.  He was also the first Certified Scrum Practitioner in Europe.  Ben is a psychologist specialising in team dynamics and conflict resolution.

BTW: There are still a few spaces available on Ben and Joseph's course.  This is the only chance to attend the course in Scotland, so contact Paul if you are interested -  Paul.wilson@merecomplexities.com.  Paul has negotiated a lower course fee for Scotland, plus you'll avoid the travel and accomodation costs, if you wish to attend the course in London or Europe.
